  • You acknowledge that you are the owner of the vehicle/asset being tracked, or you have obtained express consent from the owner/driver.

  • Tracking Monkey Security Solutions is not liable for any illegal use of our hardware, including but not limited to unauthorized stalking, surveillance, or invasion of privacy.

4. Products and Services

  • Descriptions: We strive to display the colors, features, and specifications of our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that your screen's display of any color will be accurate.

  • Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply or discontinue any product at any time.
